ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed invoking the provisions of Section 483 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (for short “the BNSS”) seeking cancellation of bail granted in favour of the respondent/accused No.2 in Criminal Petition No.12471 of 2024 dated 22.11.2024.

2. During the course of hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly submits that during the pendency of the criminal petition, Investigating Officer after conducting investigation filed charge sheet and learned Special Sessions Judge for SC/ST (POA) Act Cases-cum-Additional District Judge at Nalgonda judgment and convicted the respondent/accused No.2. By virtue of the same, no further orders are required and cause in the present criminal petition became infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submissions, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand closed.
