ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not paying compensation either by initiating proceedings under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short ‘the Act, 2013’) or otherwise, for taking over possession of portion of the land admeasuring 252 Sq.yrds without consent, forming part and parcel of petitioner’s property bearing H.No.1-1-86 for road widening (from Tarnaka to Nagole Bridge for the proposed 150’’ – 00’ wide inner ring road) as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Article 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and contrary to Section 146 & 147 of the GHMC Act, 1955 and the Act, 2013 and for consequential relief.
