ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents in interfering with the possession of the petitioner over property bearing H.No.8-14-53/15/3 admeasuring 100 square yards with G+4 structure, situated at Mailardevpally Village, within the limits of GHMC Rajendranagar Circle & Mandal, Rangareddy District, Telangana (hereinafter referred as “subject property”) by demolishing and illegally fencing the same and fixing the boards. A consequential prayer is sought to direct the respondents to remove the fencing and boards fixed over the subject property and not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner over the subject properties without following due process of law.
