1. Challenge in this revision is to the judgment dated 28.03.2016 passed in Criminal Appeal No.2000018/2013 whereby learned Second Additional Sessions Judge, Balod, District- Balod (CG) dismissed the criminal appeal of applicant and affirmed the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 03.02.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Balod in Criminal Case No.150/2009 convicting applicant under Section 304-A of IPC and sentencing him to undergo RI for 1 year and to pay fine of Rs.500/-, and in default of payment of fine to further undergo RI for 2 months.
