JUDGMENT

The petitioners are defendants 3 to 5 in O.S.No.57 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Subordinate Judge of Ernakulam. Respondents 1 to 5 are the plaintiffs and respondents 6 to 10 are defendants 1, 2 and 6 to 8 respectively therein. Along with the plaint in O.S.No.57 of 2011, respondents 1 to 5 filed I.A.No.597 of 2011 for an interim order of injunction restraining the defendants, their men and agents from interfering in any manner with the structures and facilities in the plaint B schedule properties and to restrain defendants 6 to 8 from making any further records or granting any numbers/clearances in respect of the plaint B schedule property in favour of any person pending disposal of the suit. The trial court after considering the rival contentions allowed I.A.No.597 of 2011 by Ext.P7 order passed on 19.1.2012 and restrained the respondents/defendants and their agents from interfering with the structures and facilities in the plaint B schedule properties and restrained defendants 6 to 8 from making any further records or granting any numbers/clearances in respect of O.P.(C)No.3480 of 2013 the plaint B schedule property in favour of any person till the
