J U D G M E N T

Petitioner was appointed as High School Assistant (English) at CMS High School, Mundakkayam from 02.06.2008 onwards. Her appointment was approved as per Ext.P1 order. Petitioner submits that while she was working in BIG High School, Pallom, petitioner was transferred to CMS High School, Mundakkayam on account of division fall. Petitioner submits that she was posted to a School where there was no sanctioned post in English. Therefore, she is not getting salary from 01.07.2016 onwards. At the same time, it is pointed out that several of the juniors of the petitioner who are working as High School Assistant (English) under the very same Educational agency continued to get salary. In the above circumstances, the petitioner has approached the Director of Public Instructions with Exts.P5 and P6 representations.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied with a direction to the second respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P5 and P6 representations.
