Petitioners herein,inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature

of certiorari to quash the impugned final result dated 03.09.2020

(AnnexureP-6) to the extent of non-granting of 5 marks as per Socio

Economic Criteria and not selecting the petitioners on the post of Clerk.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, points out that the result for

the post of Clerk advertised vide advertisement No.5/2019, (Annexure P-1)

impugned herein, has been quashed vide order dated 25.04.2022 passed in

CWP No.15672-2021 titled as “Amit Kumar and others Vs. State of
