Introduction
[1] The Applicant filed an application for a judicial review dated 8 July 2021 (encl 1) under O 53 of the Rules of Court 2012 (ROC) to challenge the Demolition Order issued by the Respondent on 30 April 2021 in respect of the Applicant's premises at No 23, Jalan Pantai Murni 3, Pantai Hill Park, 59200 Kuala Lumpur.
