JUDGMENT
Introduction
[1] The Applicant had filed an application that leave be granted to the Applicant under O 53 r 3 of the Rules of 2012 (ROC) to apply for a judicial review (Enclosure 1).
[2] The Applicant seeks the following reliefs:
2.1. An order of certiorari to quash and/or set aside the decision of the 3rd Respondent to not allow the Applicant access to his officers/aids for the purposes of parliamentary, legislative and constituent work;
2.2. An order of certiorari to quash and/or set aside the decision of the 3rd Respondent to not allow the Applicant to attend Parliament on the scheduled dates of session/sitting;
2.3. A declaration that the Applicant is entitled to have reasonable access to his officers/aids for the purposes of parliamentary, legislative and constituent work;
2.4. A declaration that the Applicant is entitled to attend Parliament on the scheduled dates of session/sitting;
2.5. An order of mandamus to the Respondents to take all steps necessary to allow the Applicant reasonable access to his officers/aids for the purposes of parliamentary, legislative and constituent work;
