Introduction
[1] In this appeal after full trial, his Court on 6 September 2023 allowed the Appellant/IGP's appeal in part, reduced the amount of arrears in salaries and allowances awarded by the trial Court, and ordered the costs of appeal be borne by the respective parties. An outline summary of reasons were also given to the parties when this Court delivered the decision dated 6 September 2023.
