[1] There are two (2) appeals lodged by the 1st appellant and the 2nd to 12 appellants respectively in respect of two (2) separate applications namely encl 9 by the 1st appellant and encl 8 by the 2nd to 12 appellants' to strike out the appellant's writ and statement of claim pursuant to O 19(1) (a) of the Rules of , 2012 whereby the learned Sessions Court, Judge, Kuala Lumpur (hereinafter called 'the learned SCJ') on 16 April 2019 dismissed encl 8 with costs of RM2000 payable by the 2nd to 12th appellants' and also dismissed encl 9 with costs of RM2000 payable by the 1st appellant. The Court will provide one judgment for the appeal in respect of encls 8 and 9 respectively since the issues involved are similar. The parties shall be referred to as plaintiff and defendants as they were in the Sessions Court.
