Preface

[1] By way of an Ex parte Notice of Motion dated 2 June 2020 in encl 1 (encl 1) the applicant, Public Bank Berhad (Applicant) had applied for an order pursuant to O 29 r 1 and/or O 92 r 4 of the Rules of 2012 (RC 2012) and/or the inherent jurisdiction of the Court for an order that:

i. the Respondent, one Valiant View Construction Sdn Bhd (In Liquidation), its agents, servants, staff, employees and the Liquidator of the Respondent are prohibited and an injunction is granted to prohibit the Respondent its agents, servants, staff, employees and the Liquidator of the Respondent from selling, transferring, charging, assigning, contra and/or dealing whatsoever with the units B2-13-7,B2- 8-1,B2-7-8, B2-11-5,B2-3-8, B2-5-10, B2-3A-3, B2-G-9, B2- 3-9,B2-9-7 and B2-1-8 of Block 2 of Casa Suria Condominium, Taman Kemancahaya, Mukim Hulu Langat, Selangor (Units) erected on a land held under GM6146, Lot 13146 (formerly known as H.S(M) 04897 PT No 5704), Mukim Hulu Langat Selangor (Land) pending the final disposal of the applicants Form of Summons including any subsequent appeals
