[1] Ommar Bin Yacob (hereafter 'the accused') is charged with having murdered one Jully Bin Martin (hereafter 'Jully') between 1.00 pm and 3.00 pm on 12 May 2007 at Room No 10, 2nd Floor, Lot 34, Lorong 4, Bandaran Berjaya, Kota Kinabalu (hereafter 'Room 10').
