IN the Penal Code [Act 574] reprinted in the year 2018 and incorporating all amendments up to 1 October 2018;

(a) in section 89, in the heading of "ILLUSTRATION", substitute for the words "in as much" the word "inasmuch";

(b) in section 300, in the second heading of "ILLUSTRATIONS", in paragraph (e) , substitute for the words "in as much" the word "inasmuch"; and

(c) in section 499;

(i) delete the words "and shall also be liable to fine";

(ii) in the first heading of "ILLUSTRATIONS";

(A) in paragraph (b) , substitute for the word "point" the word "points"; and

(B) in First Exception, delete the words "and shall also be liable to fine";

(iii) in the third heading of "ILLUSTRATIONS";
