Introduction
[1] This is an after-trial appeal pertaining to a botched land sale transaction.
[2] The Appellant/Defendant and Respondent/Plaintiff are both companies incorporated pursuant to the Companies Act 1965. However, the Respondent was wound-up on 1 March 2013 and the Official Receiver (now Director-General of Insolvency ("DGI")) was appointed as the liquidator.
