[2] The appellant was charged for murder and the charge reads as follows:
"That you, on the 27th day of March 2006 at about 2.00pm at Kampung Takada Pulau Bum Bum, in the District of Semporna, in the state of Sabah, did commit murder by causing the death of one Siti Jainah Binti Titing (F), 20 years old and that you thereby committed an offence punishable under s 302 of the Penal Code ."
