[1] By way of encl 8, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th defendants seek an order to strike out the plaintiffs' Writ of Summons dated 22 October 2024 and Amended Statement of Claim dated 13 December 2024 in accordance with O 18 r 19(1)(a), (b) and/or (d) of the Rules of Court 2012 ("RC 2012").
