[1] The respondent was charged in the High COURT at Shah Alam for the murder of one Indra Rani a/p Munusamy (KPT: 590220-10-5000), an offence punishable under s 302 of the Penal Code .

[2] The prosecution's case is as follows The respondent was a caretaker of an orchard owned by Wong Yee Woh (SP13). The respondent was employed to take care of SP13's weekend house located on the orchard as well as the orchard.
