The plaintiff is claiming against the defendants for the following relief viz general damages; an order to cancel the Form 14A dated 7.11.2000 executed by the defendants; a declaration that the transfer of the land is null and void; an order that the Ulu Selangor Land Office is to register the land into the name of V.A Adaickappan a/l Vellayappa Chettiar; an order to cancel the power of attorney dated 24.8.2000 registered under the number of 67317/2000; a declaration that the said power of attorney is null and void; an order for rectification of the title to the land to insert as the registered owner of the land the name of V.A Adaickappan a/l Vellayappa Chettiar; to cancel the names of the 2^nd and 3^rd defendants as the registered owner of the land on the title of the land; costs of the action and interest on the general damages at the rate of 8% per annum from the date of filing the writ of summons and the statement of claim.

I would state here that the plaintiff had obtained against the 1^st defendant a judgment in default of appearance on 26.3.2002. The present grounds therefore relate to the plaintiff's claim against the 2^nd and 3^rd defendants.
