[1] The Appeal before us concerns a claim for defamation by Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim ("the Appellant") against the alleged defamatory statements published by Lim Guan Eng ("the Respondent") regarding the oft-debated Penang Undersea Tunnel Project ("the PUTP / the Project").
