Introduction
[1] In this judgment, the parties are referred to as they were before the trial court. This is an appeal by the plaintiff against the decision of the Sessions court. After a full trial, the Sessions court dismissed the plaintiffs claim and allowed the defendant's counter-claim with RM15,000.00 cost.
[2] The primary issue before this court pertained to the renewal of a lease concerning an electrical substation located on the plaintiff's land. The focal issue is the discrepancies in the measured area of the substation site and the consequent legal and factual implications arising from such discrepancies.
[3] After careful consideration of the appeal record and the submissions, I found nothing plainly wrong in the decision of the learned trial judge. As such, this appeal was dismissed. The plaintiff was not satisfied and appealed.
