Introduction
[1]The present application before me by way of Originating Summons was filed on 14.1.2019 by the Applicant for purposes of seeking the following orders:
a.A Declaration that the Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia, has failed in his constitutional and / or statutory and / or express and / or implied duty as the head of the Malaysian Judiciary to defend and preserve the integrity of the Malaysian Judiciary when he failed to conduct internal and / or complete investigations and make a decision / finding in relation to the said investigations, in relation to public allegations of judicial interference within the Judiciary in the following cases :
i.in the Karpal Singh Sedition Court of Appeal appeal, as alleged by lawyer Haniff Khatri and widely publicised by Free Malaysia Today on 22nd Au
