Section R.2 specifically deals with the rules related to the appointment process, emphasizing the roles of statutory bodies, qualifications, and procedural compliance.

What does Section R.2 Say

Section R.2 sets forth the rules pertaining to the appointment of Headmasters and Headmistresses in high schools under municipal jurisdictions. It prescribes the method of appointment, the eligibility criteria, the role of selection committees, and the procedural safeguards. It emphasizes that appointments should be made through a transparent process involving a statutory selection body, with adherence to prescribed qualifications and rules, and respecting the rights of minority institutions under Art.30(1).
