A Regulation to amend the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Agriculturist Relief Act, 1938 in its application to the Scheduled areas in the Andhra area of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Agriculturists Relief Act, 1938, (Act IV of 1938) in the Andhra area of the State of Andhra Pradesh for the purpose hereinafter appearing. It is hereby enacted as follows:

Reg.1 Short title and commencement

Short title and commencement: - (1) This Regulation may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Scheduled Areas) Agriculturists Relief Amendment Regulation, 1944.

(2) It shall come into force at once.

Reg.2 Repeal of Section 18-A, (Act IV of 1938) as inforce in the Scheduled areas in the East Godavari, West Godavari and Visakhapatnam

Repeal of Section 18-A, (Act IV of 1938) as inforce in the Scheduled areas in the East Godavari, West Godavari and Visakhapatnam districts:- Section 18-A of the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Agriculturists Relief Act, 1938 (Act IV of 1938) in its application to the Scheduled Areas in the East Godavari, West Godavari and Visakhapatnam Districts shall be omitted.
