Act Description: An Act to constitute Goseva Ayog for the preservation, protection and welfare of cattle, and for supervision of Institutions engaged therein, in the State of Maharashtra and to provide for the matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Goseva Ayog Act, 2023.
(2) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
