Sections

1. Section 1: Short title

   This Act may be called the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2024.

2. Section 2: Amendment of section 6BB of XL of 1953

   In section 6BB of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Act, for sub-section (2), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:
