Sections

1. Section 1: Short title and commencement

   This Act may be called the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (Second Amendment) Act, 2022. It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th November 2022.

2. Section 2: Amendment of section 154 of III of 1888

   In section 154 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Act”), in sub-section (1D), in clause (a):
