An Act to provide for establishment, incorporation and regulation of the DES Pune University, Pune, for the development and advancement of higher education in the State of Maharashtra and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Sections

1. Section 1: Short title and commencement

   This Act may be called as the DES Pune University, Pune Act, 2023. It shall come into force on such date, as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
