Sections

1. Section 1: Short title

   This Act may be called the Pandharpur Temples (Amendment) Act, 2023.

2. Section 2: Amendment of section 32A of Mah. IX of 1974

   In section 32A of the Pandharpur Temples Act, 1973, after sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be added, namely:—

   “(5) The term of office of nominated members of the Advisory Council shall be co-terminus with the
