GOA LEGISLATIVE DIPLOMA NO. 1984 DATED 14-4-1960 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2001

An Act further to amend the Legislative Diploma No. 1984 dated 14-4-1960, in its application in the State of Goa. Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of Goa in the Fifty-second year of the Republic of India, as follows:--

S.1 Short title and commencement

• (1) This Act may be called the Goa Legislative Diploma No. 1984 dated 14-4-1960 (Amendment) Act, 2001.
• (2) It shall come into force at once.

S.2 Amendment of Article 16

In Article 16 of the Legislative Diploma No. 1984 dated 14-4-1960, in Clause (3), for the expression "for a period of three years" the expression "during the pleasure of the Government", shall be substituted.
