*RULES OF THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA, 1971
By virtue of the powers conferred by Article 225 of the Constitution of India, Section 122 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Kerala hereby makes, with the previous approval of the Government of Kerala conveyed in G.O. (Ms.) 241/70/Home dated 19-11-1970 and after previous publication, the following rules to regulate its procedure:—
PRELIMINARY
Short title.— These rules may be called the Rules of the High Court of Kerala, 1971.
Commencement.— These rules shall come into force on such date as the Chief Justice of the High Court of Kerala may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint and shall apply, as far as may be, to all pending proceedings.1
Repeal.—All existing rules in so far as they relate to matters provided for in
