All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1969

(Updated in 2017) (As amended by GSR No. 59(E) dt.20/01/2017) [20th March, 1969] In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Governments of the States concerned, hereby makes the following rules, namely:--
