Kerala Minimum Wages Rules, 1958

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (Central Act XI of 1948) the Government of Kerala hereby make the following Rules the same having been previously published as required under sub-section (1) of the said Section, namely:--

S.Rule 24 Number of hours of work which shall constitute a normal working day for employments other than plantations.--

S.Rule 26 Cases and circumstances in which an employee employed or a period of less than the requisite number of hours constituting a normal working day shall not be entitled to receive wages for a full normal working day.--
