(Act 20 of 1984) (Published in Kerala Gazette Extra No. 764 dated, 29th August 1984 & received the Assent of the President on 30th July 1984)   Preamble.>- WHEREAS it is expedient to facilitate the more efficient working of the Co-operative 3 [Agricultural and Rural Development Banks] in the State of Kerala;   BE it enacted in the Thirty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-
