(Updated in 2024) As Amended by K.G.Ext. No. 1779 dt. 04/06/2024 - Amendments in Appendix A (2)(b)(iii), (iv), (2)(c) and Annexure (ii) (1) (2) (7) (8) (12) (14) In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 65 of the Kerala Water Supply and Sewerage Act, 1986 (14 of 1986) and with the previous approval of the Government of Kerala conveyed in G.O. M.S. No. 318/91/LAD dated the 4th December, 1991, and in supersession of all the existing orders in this regard, the Kerala Water Authority hereby makes the Kerala Water Authority (Water Supply) Regulations, 1991 under sub section (2) of Section 65 of the said Act with effect from 04/12/1991.
