Nurses and Midwives Act, 1953

Act X of 1953 Preamble.- WHEREAS, it is expedient to provide for the registration and training of nurses, midwives, health visitors and auxiliary nurse-midwives in the State of Travancore-Cochin; It is hereby enacted as follows:-
