Rules Regarding Fees Payable To Advocates In State Briefs Read Act
In supersession of the orders in the High Court Notification No. J1-7491/95 dated 19/06/1996, the minimum fee payable under Rule 185 of the Rules of the High Court of Kerala, 1971 to an advocate appointed by the High Court under Rule 183 of the said rules is fixed as follows:--
