SIKKIM REGULATION OF TRANSFER ARID USE OF LANDS (REPEAL) ACT, 1982

AN ACT to repeal the Sikkim Regulation of Transfer and Use of Lands Act, 1975. Be it enacted by the Legislature of Sikkim in the Thirty third Year of the Republic of India as follows:-

S.1 Short title

This Act may be called the Sikkim Regulation of Transfer arid Use of Lands (Repeal) Act, 1982.

S.2 Repeal of Act VI of 1975

The Sikkim Regulation of Transfer and Use of Lands Act, 1975, is hereby repealed.
