Kerala Money Lenders Act, 1958 —Licensing Authority —Notified

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4A) of Section 2 of the Kerala Money Lenders Act, 1958 (Act 35 of 1958), and in supersession of the notification issued under G.O.(Ms.)No.145/86/TD. dated 18th October, 1986 and published as S.R.O.1612/86, in the Kerala Gazette Extraordinary No.973, dated 3rd November, 1986, the Government of Kerala hereby appoint the Deputy Commissioner of State Tax of Taxpayer Services Division mentioned in column No.(2) to perform the functions of a licensing authority under the said Act within the area covered under the Taluks mentioned in column No.(3) specified against each, namely: —
