1. This Act may be called the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order (Amendment) Act, 2023. 5 2. In the Constitution (Scheduled Castes) Order, 1950, in the Schedule, in Part XXIII.— Chhattisgarh, for entry 33, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:— "33. Mahar, Mahara, Mahra, Mehar, Mehra". |
