An Act to amend the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, in its application to West Bengal and the Bengal Excise Act, 1909.

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, in its applicationto West Bengal and the Bengal Excise Act, 1909, for the purposes and in the mannerhereinafter appearing;(2 of 1899.Ben. Act V of1909.)

It is hereby enacted in the Seventy-fifth Year of the Republic of India, by theLegislature of West Bengal, as follows:-
