(1) This Act may be cited as the Bankruptcy (amendment) Act 1998 .
(2) This Act comes into operation on a date to the appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette
The Bankruptcy Act 1967 [Act 360] , which in this Act is referred to as the "principal Act", is amended in section 33-
(a) by deletin
