Date of coming into force: 31 March 1976 [PU (B) 139/76]
This Act may be cited as the Penal Code (amendment and Extension) Act, 1976 , and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may by notification in the Gazette appoint.
(1) The Penal Code of the former Federated Malay States (hereinafter referred to as the Code) is hereby amended by inserting therein the following new section 4-
