Date of Royal Assent: 19 January 1984
Date of coming into force: 16 December 1983 and 20 January 1984
This Act may be cited as the Constitution (amendment) Act 1984 and shall come into force on the date following the date of its publication in the Gazette, except section 4 (a) which shall be deemed to have come into force on the 16th December 1983.
