In force from: 8 June 2011
(1) These By-Laws may be cited as the Local Government (Compounding of Offences) (Lipis District Council) (amendment) By-Laws 2011.
(2) These By-Laws shall apply to Lipis District Council area.
(3) These By-Laws shall come into force on such date it is published in the Gazette.
The Street, Drainage and Building (Compounding of Offences) (Lipis District Council) By-Laws 1983 [Phg. P.U. 25/1983] is amended by inserting after By-Laws 2, the following By-Laws:
