1. Name, application and commencement.

(1) These By-Laws may be cited as the Election Advertisement (Temerloh Municipal Council) (amendment) By-Laws 2011.

(2) These By-Laws shall apply to the area within the Temerloh Municipal Council area.

(3) These By-Laws shall come into force on the day published in the Gazette.
