1. Name, application and commencement.

(1) These By-Laws may be cited as the Licensing of Trades, Businesses and Industries (Cameron Highlands District Council) (Amendments) By-Laws 2011 .

(2) These By-Laws shall apply to the Cameron Highlands District Council area.

(3) These By-Laws shall come into force on such date it is published in the Gazette.
