EMERGENCY (PUBLIC ORDER AND PREVENTION OF CRIME) ORDINANCE 5, 1969

(1) This ordinance may be cited as the Emergency (Public Order and Prevention of Crime) ordinance, 1969 , and shall have effect throughout Malaysia.
(2) This ordinance shall be deemed to have come into force on 16th May, 1969.
