DECLARATION OF A NATIVE RESERVE WHEREAS it appears to the Minister responsible for matters relating to land in the Federal Territory of Labuan that the land described in the Schedule is necessary to protect the present and future interests and well being of the natives of Kampung Bebuloh:

NOW, THEREFORE, IN exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 78 of the Land Ordinance [Sabah Cap. 68], as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of Land Ordinance) Order 1984 [P.U. (A) 291/1984], the said Minister declares such land to be a Native Reserve for residential purposes subject to the following terms and conditions:

(a) the Reserve is for the sole use of the natives of Kampung Bebuloh for the construction of dwelling houses and other ancillary buildings;

(b) the natives of Kampung Bebuloh may be permitted to promote traditional rural industries and to rear domestic animals
