HOUSING (CONTROL AND LICENSING OF DEVELOPERS) ENACTMENT 1978
NO. 4 OF 2005
(1) This enactment may be cited as the Housing (Control and Licensing of Developers) (Amendment) enactment 2005 , and shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette , appoint.
(2) The Minister may appoint different dates for the coming into operation of different provisions of this enactment
